On the first day, it was hard to find the hotel from the nearest subway as direction is not very clear. However, second day onwards, it was ok for us. We even found the area is away from the busy hectic city life. We love the fresh air and slow peaceful l

Appreciated accommodation of early checkin, albeit a change to a twin room was necessary. Unfortunately still somewhat noisy with renovations, but worth it as the new rooms are great. Wifi in room was patchy and frustrating

Staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the ryokan experience and the wonderful Japanese breakfast.
