Not satisfied with cleanliness. The toilet has little bad smell, seems like didn't clean it up. Also the room was little dusty. Beside it, location and staff are good. But I will choose another hotel if I go Karuizawa again.

Twin bed room is spacious and comfortable. Air-cond is quiet and adjustable to individual preference. Near to train station but try avoid morning and evening busy hours.

El personal no era muy amable, al ducharte salir agua del jardín enfrente y tenias que llamarles para que lo arreglaran. Esta bien si vas al aeropuerto pero muy lejos de Burdeos y a veces hay atascos.

This was a quick overnight stay to early early morning flight. For that , it is very convenient. Rooms are very basic but value for money and comfortable for the one night.
