Location for this hotel is good. 5-10 min walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Staff are helpfull.

When will the new renovations and extensions be completed? Only problem is the air conditioner - it can never be adjusted as the hotel controls the temperature but at least the windows can be opened to help keeping the air fresh.-
