Very disappointing for such a brand. Rooms were very small, service was abysmal. They wouldn't bring a pair of scissors to the room and said I had to go to the front desk and use the scissors there.

This is second time I've staid in Britannia chain in UK and I've chosen it as it was righ in the middle of the city. It's an old sad building, a hotel of a very poor quality. There was no hot water in the shower, even after they have 'fix
