Upon arrival, the hotel manager received me and informed that my room is not available due to technical fault and I was offered a replacement at Apex Waterloo Hotel. I was given a complimentary cab transfer and stayed at Waterloo for the next two nights.

Very cheap hotel but clean

Three excellent things - the staff were friendly and helpful - they couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay, the hotel was kept exceptionally clean (and smelt amazing too!), very comfortable bed

1) It is conveniently located, just within walking distance to city central, train/bus stations

Room service is excellent, there is a Korean bell boy in the day, he can speaks mandarin and always helping us on directions and place, really good service such as helping us call cab etc. Place is convenient too as its near airport. Went to casino and w
