I didn't expect to have a room at ground level in the car park. This is a motel not a hotel. I was not made aware during the booking process that the rate chosen was for a room in the car park and not in the man building of the hotel. Disappointed!
Excellent location to Eiffel tower and metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. Complete facilities and rooms were very clean. Will definitely recommend the hotel.
We actually only stayed for one night, but the room was very comfortable for a $100/night, and large enough not to feel too cramped, compared to other hotels in the Sapporo area.
