The location is great with 2 metro lines within walking distance. Tokyo JR station is near too. The best part is the hotel offers a free one way shuttle bus. It also offers free American breakfast for all guests. The room is spacious enough to move around
After arriving at the main building I was told my room is at another one of their buildings back up the road. After spending 30 minutes finding it, to my horror I had to carry suitcases up at least 7 flights of stairs in a "converted" house.

I was giving the wrong room and could room they have send the help 1:30 in the morning and guess what's they couldn't sort the problem I had they lied to me the I will a manager in the morning when they knew the manager only works Monday to Friday
