The room, a suite was very large, the staff very helpful, the food was excellent.

Tought they need to give slightly more attention to their "budget" rooms (the Heartland ones).

The Hotel is nice and close to the station an other amenities. However like other Japanese Hotels of this nature, it is small and not large enough to be able to open up your luggage. My main complaint is that we booked 2x Non-Smoking Rooms through Agoda,

When we got there, they couldn't find us on the booking system ,so we had to wait, that was embarrassing because I had booked it for us as a treat. The Hotel is under refurbishment So I did understand it is looking a tired . The food was very good
