Alight at Otsu station, exit - look for Hotel sign/name, which is in Japanese, next to station. Friendly staffs. Restaurant at reception level, serves nice and reasonably price Japanese food, but closes by 9pm.

Great hotel with small but elegant rooms. Very friendly and diligent staff. Will stay there again.

The hotel was convenience and near JR Link, quite easy to access but has to carefull if youre travel with big luggage. Has a very good Japanese restaurant down the Bay Tower.

Near to Exhibition Centre, City7 Mall and also a small hill for hiking

Staffs are friendly,comfortable room,parking doesn't included.

Owners, John & Paulette, are great. Location is fantastic, among the vineyards. Their home and our room were excellent/
