Only a short block to the metro station, nice staff that spoke English (or at least some), close to the canal, beautiful area

It's my second stay at this hotel. Great location, great facilities, great view.

Good to have a room for family that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Location is excellent. Pillows & mattresses were a bit too hard.

Staffs are very helpful, polite.

Fantastic resort , rooms clean, staff freindly only let down is everything is chargeable extra for example internet is £6 a day for 2 devices and the pool is £10 a day which really should be included in the price as not many places charge for in

Hotel is clean and provides everything needed. Extra charge of 3000 JPY if you check out 1 hour late. Staff is ok, limited english. A good 10/15 mn by walk from Shinjuku station.
