      We really enjoyed our stay in Imperial Hotel Osaka. Will definitely come back again. PROS- large clean room, good view (choose the riverside room), comfortable beds, free water bottles daily, staff are polite and fluent in english, free shuttle to JR osak

      Shower was spoilt, air con was barely circulating any air (it is summer) pillows were barely lumpy and flat, and some of the receptionists were rude when informed of these matters.
