The rooms are quite large considering it's Japan. The beds are huge. However, the rooms need some a fresh update and slight refurbishment. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Shin-Osaka station. It doesn't have much restaurants in the area exce

Love this hotel. Need to spend more time here. Good staff, great breakfast, excellent location.

Nothing as such. But front office staf was good and supportive

The room is too small but clean. It is just fine to me.

It was a triple room. V clean and tidy. Location was fantastic with tower and river close by. Metro station right across the street. Main tourist sites easily reached. Transport to airport v straight forward too. Recommend it!

The view of the river, the bedrooms themselves (all refurbished) and the dining areas (great ambience and always somewhere to get a cup of tea!)
