it is a very bad experence！i strongly recommend that people never stay here。Reception old french man no smile ，you ask he any question，he said No。But he will talk to girls many with smiles！Even u cannot leave a t-shirt at hotel，Any hotel can keep guest

The location was fanastic - close to the train, a quiet but stunning location, good restaurants nearby, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Staff is friendly, rooms are large and well appointed, view is priceless

Whenever I come to Seoul, I stay in this hotel! Value, staff service, features, location all excellent. I've been told that the hotel will be a Sheraton hotel soon and hope to maintain same price and service.
