The hotel is located in a very convenient area.

Convenient location just across the street from Austerlitz Station, it's pretty much no frills but clean with helpful staffing.

We got into London during a warm spell. Our quad room was stuffy with no air conditioning and seemingly no circulation. All the fans were also not available. I would recommend Generator if you were coming in winter/autumn as it would be a lot cooler then.

Everything is so good! Friendly service, especially front desk manager Patricia. She is so warm and helpful. And they gave a me a little surprise which is free upgrading the room for me! This hotel is worth more than 3 stars.
