The hotel was majestic from the outside, and even more so on the inside. The floor creaks in some parts which gives us a sense of the history and age of the building. Service staff was friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for my boyfriends birthday, and we went to slamdunk, each staff member greeted us as we walked through the door and was very helpful, no matter what time of day it was

If you have ever stayed in a hotel in japan you know comfort is not a priority. I had to pay slightly more than I wanted but it was worth it. The beds were comfortable by japanese standards.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Location is good but the room is very old. There are stains on the toilet wall and the shower area is not very clean.

Other than the very convenient location which is walking distance to most attractions, the staff were very accomodating making my trip very convenient. Special thanks to the hotel staff John, Peter, Violeta and Alex whose assistance was very consistent.
