A budget hotel located at the downtown of Kobe and easy to get around hot travel spots.

A couple of minutes walk to Euston station. First class welcome at Reception. Noisy even in the quiet room that I requested. Take earplugs!

This hotel should be closed down. It was disgustingly dirty. The first room I was offered had dark brown stains to the pink, velvet headboard. There was a silk oovering to the wall behind the bed with brown marks and slits. A section of tiles were missing

Only stayed for a few hours overnight, as I had to catch an early morning flight. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke decent English. Room a decent size. Cant' comment on food as I didn't eat here. Vending machines on each floor for beer etc
