Price, close to station,?

The breakfast was good, includes cereal, breads, juice, boiled eggs. Staff was nice and helpful. Spoke english well

Staff, comfort, location

L accueil nous a donné 3 fois la clé d une chambre pas encore faite, et dans la quatrieme il manquait des serviettes savon thé, meme la bouilloire n y etait pas. Et la bouteille d eau offerte etait entamée...

All staff very helpful, providing information about the hotel and local area attractions

It's walking distance to Oxford Street - a great shopping location. The room is old and need renovation. The shower in our room didn't work properly.

Has changed with new modern style.

The views were amazing, especially at night. The bar was a cosy place to be. The beds were so comfortable

Was fine for 2 nights. Not a sensational location (a walk to the tube and any big attractions). Murphy bed and quite dated bathroom (buzzing lights). staff was nice. Not sure I would go out of my way to go back.
