Room was nice...lots of room. Great value for the room size and location. Did not like that I had to pay over 2,000 yen for overnight parking.

Loved our staying! The pictures doesn't show how beautiful the rooms are. Clean, luxurious and really nice view.

The hotel was absolutely a health hazard!!! Screws coming off the bed. My 11 months old baby had it on her mouth - not impressed!!!! Bath was dirty. Paintwork coming off the wall. Smelly and dirty. Breakfast was horrible. No management available during

we stayed here for the night to do some christmas shopping the hotel was lovely the staff couldn't be more helpful and the breakfast was lovely too ,we would definately stay here again thank you.
