my second time staying at this hotel. love the location , right in the middle of the town. the room is small but nice. just that the toilet dont have shower cap and toothbrush.
On arrival, we upgraded our claustrophobic regular room to a luxury suite and have been happy ever since. It was large and light with an excellent bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. It has been our best accommodation in London so far. We stayed 11
