Great luxury hotel, recently refurbished, right in the center of Lyon. Exceptional !

Poor service. Had too wait 2days until they replaced a broken phone. This is more like a 3 star hotel not 4. Ok room. Did not appreciate that the customers had to leave a big deposit when checking in.
