Value for money, hotel is old but clean. 15mins walk to Glicoman. 3 mins walk from subway. Overall satisfied.

The staff were friendly enough. Managed to give me information I asked for. I was in a 4 bed dorm, and this was quite and exactly what I needed for the night.

The front-desk staff is very good and professional due to our check-in time is late (AM2:00 midnight). The Wi-fi can be used in the room (in 11th floor).

Having an onsen on-site is very convenient. The hotel itself is a bit dated and could use some upgrades & new decorations in the rooms, but the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff was VERY helpful and the Japanese restaurant was excellent. We h
