Right next to busy shopping center and bus stop/tube station. Continental breakfast provided but the same thing every day. No elevator, have to haul luggage through stairs. Single towel for each guest the most No A/C Provide self made coffee stick enough

Location, ambience, cleanliness

Room was clean quiet and spacious. We upgraded to a superior room but no view or natural light as the room faced a back courtyard. Elevator was down for first 2 days but the staff was very apologetic and offered free breakfast to compensate. We would stay
