The room is a little bit old but still clean and comfort, the staffs are friendly and helpful, I have a good stay here

Our room was very clean and recently refurbished, room was serviced everyday (not usual for this price of room) and Paddington is a great location.

Disappointed with overall experience. Hotel was very noisy and doors banging in the frames

Very nice and clean. Comfy beds. The elevators need renewing. Location is far from the tourist attractions. Not hard to take the Metro though.

I do not understand why the central heating of the hotel can be this hot. It makes me sweat during the nights when the temperate of the city is just 10C. Further, I have found a empty alcohol bottle at the end of my bed between the wall. I didnt drink alc
