Didn't get a meal. The ryokan was clean, staff was very nice, public bath was just ok. Should have more shower facilities available or have the public bath hours open longer. Bedding was comfortable. Staff was nice, albeit their English was not great,

The older wing was recently renovated last year but still looked pretty old.
