Friendly staff, superb location and superb location.

We are driving to the hotel and the hotel did provide car park but charged. Staffs are helpful. Breakfast choices are plenty. Location not near to center to Sapporo (but near to subway station)

We booked two 20 sqm rooms. After arrival we were given one small room (about 10 sqm) and one large. We informed reception and inoted of giving changing the small room they changed the larger one ! The excuse given was that the hotel was fully booked whic

The hotel was in a very good location of Tokyo so going to major tourist attractions was a breeze. Hatchobori and Kayabatcho are the two closest Tokyo Metro stations. There is a shuttle bus in the morning only until 11am for anyone going to the Tokyo JR s

Worst. Please remove it. Its good to use public toilet than this one.
