Great location and car parking on site which was a bonus! Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was the cold water wasn't particularly cold and there was no window to open, we had to open our door for some fresh air

Wonderful service and accommodations! Located on a quiet side street right in the heart of Insadong. The tub alone made it worth the money after such a long flight to Korea. Would definitely stay here again!

Nobody at the reception desk when arrived ,member of staff away out for a hour, the young bar staff had no idea what to do wasnt his fault more costumers coming in to get checked in but left still no one there , Our rooms were not made up for us to stay

We take a taxi to the hotel from the airport, it costs us about 30000W. The room is big and clean, but the bed is small. They offer us a baby bed which is big enough for our son who is two years old. The hotel has four or five canteens, i think the one in

Perfect location, very central to city centre restaurants, shops etc. Comfortable, clean room. Friendly, helpful hosts.
