They have obviously done some renovation work but the bathrooms need a overhaul. Water pressure was good including hot water. Swimming pool is small but adequate. I liked the small sauna which was at a good temperature for most. The steam room was on ne

The View The Staff The Room

All staff are very friendly and kindly talked to me. When I had some trouble for bathroom, staff came immediately and fixed it. Room is clean and stayed comfortable. There is bit shopping mall near hotel and close to subway. I'll stay there again!!

Right smacked at Oxford street between 2 tube stations. Wonderful location with ample shopping and transport. Newly renovated and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Additional perk of europcar right next to hotel to facilitate rental car collection
