Great location; easy access to 2 subway stations. Close to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and multiple convenience stores. The staffs were friendly and helpful, though communications were complicated at times. Overall however, was a pleasure.

nice spacious room, aircon & ceiling fan, heated pool and hottub on same floor. Awesome view over racetrack to Lake Rotorua. Good location, most expensive hotel of our trip but worth it we think

Hotel is just in front exit of train station at Princes St. The hotel interior is fine only it is under renovation so entry is quite amusing.

Comfortable rooms and great facilities.
