Quiet. Excellent staff. view of forest from window.

This hotel is advertised at Heathrow but is not, there are closer hotel to the terminals. They only have good conference and training facilities, nothing else.

This worked for what we needed. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. We needed a safe, clean place to keep our stuff, sleep, and shower. This fit the bill. The only knock on it is it's a bit far from the station when lugging heavy suitcases

Location to station & cleanliness

The room was extremely small. No place to set a suitcase. There is no lift!(elevator)and the staircase is quite narrow. The room was in need of a deep cleaning. The best thing about this hotel was its location. There are dozens of other better hotels in t
