we arrived and the room was not ready, then when it was a plumber entered to fix the shower reported by the last visitors. The plumber was polite but it took him and another man some considerable time to finish then when getting a shower later that night

Our room was allocated near the main door and facing the street - nice view and a pleasant stay. Recommended n well spaced in the room for pray and packing n unpacking stuffs. In sha Allah will come back.

This hotel is value for money in term of location and easy access to anywhere via tube and buses.

Very accessible coz the subway is just on the basement, the TCAT is just across the street. We had a pleasant time during our stay there. Definitely we will be staying here in our next visit in Japan.
