The main problem was the very poor service in the restaurant. On one night we booked a table for 7.30. At 8.45 I had to go and find a waiter to enquire where our food was! It was very quiet and we think they were VERY understaffed. Although we had a club
Staff were really helpful going out of their way to help when I forgot my toothbrush! Woodland walk a really nice, unexpected treat. Restaurant food-best steak I have ever had!
Overall this hotel is comfortable, especially for children, because this hotel's Jacuzzi is located in the basement it allows children to be very happy.
My wife and I stayed there 22nd of Dec which happened to be our wedding anniversary. The customer service we received was superb, we were upgraded to an executive room and given free breakfast.
