We had a super stay at the Westin in Kyoto. The shuttle bus from the station removed the hassle of getting to the hotel and the staff were organised, welcoming, efficient and helpful when we checked in. The concierge desk found us excellent restaurants to

overall it's good, staff is helpful. 2 comments: not cleaned under the bed, people can easily go into the hotel without security card.

Hospitality of owners, room standards and breakfast

conference visit. found the location to be ideal, with good access by Tube to many of London's iconic spots. Friendly staff who were very eager to provide information. Great customer service.
