Location, Staff performance, Service

The location is 5 min walking from Osaka train station, and tons of restaurants and shops. Room is a little small but very clean. The build is western style and very pretty. We are happy for the 2 nights staying.

Beautiful hotel from every point of view, I have got noting to complian but total satisfaction. Lounge restrunt menu could be better, I mean travellers these days are pretty much sick form Australian beef and salmon to Italian pastas. We need new ideas.

Good location, closed to city centre, very helpful staff that I can book all the activities I want at once!
