Not sure where to start

The facilities is superb. Close to town centre and the attractions are within vicinity.

Location. Clean. Economical.

Staff are willing to help you, I mean they did try their very best.

We enjoyed the stay in Thistle Hyde Park. The only imperfection is the piping of the hotel seems to be rusty. Hence, there is a smell on zinc and iron from the water while shower. Overall this is a satisfying stay.

I did not consider this hotel to be value for money Gates locked at night so hard to access Not good value for money. Very overpriced

Very tired and dated, cracked tiles, stained carpet, etc. Food was awful and over priced. Staff were unhelpful and had convince the kitchen to let me buy a $25 burger in the restaurant at midday as they only wanted to reheat something on the 24 hour menu.

Very bad experience, could not sleep because of noise on the floor

Very nice view day and night. Good to have free shuttle bus to city centre.
