Lots of effort making this a great place to stay. Units were comfortable and very clean. Laundry facilities the best we have seen in our troubles. Loved the communal table for groups to have a BBQ or just socialise. 10 min max walk to the wharf and local

Newly renovated, close to tube station

Room was very cramp and there was a malfunction in the light switches so all the lights were on as we slept as we couldn't put them off, the only advantage to this hotel is that is close to the train station and dotonbori area

Quiet, lovely environment and still easily accessible. The host is nice. The room, though a bit small, is cosy.

Bad bed uncomfortable pictures of sauna and pool not accurate. Pool was closed. Totally disappointed.

Room is not clean enough and look old especially the bathroom. It is time to renew so as to add value to hotel.
