The room was clean and it's big. U can cook in the room and they provide u with the utensils and plates and simple pots. I stay for 4 nights and there's no housekeeping. So, I can hang my laundry.

Plumbing work lasted more than 3 hours than what was promised. Small gym facility and weights. Internet could be slow at times and locks you out after 7 days. Shower curtain is short, so water splashes on the floor. Watch out when getting up from the WC,

Everything was clean and serviceable, needs a refurb but for the money it was good

Staff, value, location

I was in Paris with a friend between work trips and discovered this wonderful boutique hotel on Agoda for a decent price and the exact location we wanted to stay.

We found the dining room great value, very pleasant staff

I had a wonderful stay with comfortable and spacious room and satisfied with way to kind service. I will stay here again if I come back to Osaka in the near future.
