Hussein the night porter could not do enough to help, a great employee.nice hotel although needs updating.

All good, except the location of the hotel which requires you to walk pass through 2-3 robot lights but not very far from the station. There's supermarket close by, but again 2-3 robot lights.

Why can't you lower the temp to below 20 C? It was too hot in the room at night and sometimes the A/C did not work well. The buffet was good, and service was good, but why do we have to ask for ice? Why not put an ice machine on each floor? The shower

Very close to large metro train station. Very close to Champs Élysées. Friendly staff.

Stayed 1 night before proceeding to Furano/Biel. Self drive so location is not a problem. There are food places around to eat which is good after a long day's drive.
