The biggest complaint I have is that my room had a huge 2 person hot tub, but the tub didn't work and I wasn't informed at check-in so when I tried to use it I was disappointed to find out it didn't work other than that had a great stay
Rooms always clean our second stay
Staff a bit cold need to work on the greetings
Also people were getting annoyed paying £6 a night parking that should have been included in overall price
