    Room may be small but has sufficient amenities. Onsen in hotel is good. Less than 10 minutes' walk from JR Temma Station. There are vending machines along the way from JR Temma Station and there is one that has drinks that are as little as 50yen.

    Basic - as expected for a Japanese style room but great location: On bus route 5 and 100 from Kyoto station. Opposite Henien Shrine, museums, Okazaki park, Zoo and near start of the Philosopher's Walk. 20 minute walk to Gion.

    Super location, cross the street of Gare Du Nord Railway station for Eurostar and metro. Multiple restaurants around the Hotel. The area is a bit dirty though.
