I have never stayed at a hotel with worst customer service. The main reason I booked the Chiswick Court Hotel was the free parking. When I arrived, at 2pm, there was a car blocking the car park. I asked the first person I saw - the manager as it turned ou
If you take Tokyo Shuttle bus direct from Narita Airport (1000Yen), it only takes 5 mins walk from the drop off bus station to the hotel. The hotel location is very good, near the big Tokyo Station. There are many restaurants & shops nearby.
This property has huge potential but a 20m euro refurb is needed to return it to it's former glory and a 5 star rating.
