We booked it very last minute as we had to make urgent travel plans.
We didnt get to the hotel till gone midnight as our flight was late. We had informed the hotel of our late arrival during the booking process.
The guy at the front desk was not very frie
Interesting option when visiting Kyoto during High Season due to its good train connection to Kyoto Station (2 stations away). Staff was very friendly and helpfull.
Otsu itself unfortunately doesn't has much to offer...
Hotel room was large and great to have small table and comfortable chairs to sit on. Floor didn't seem very clean and hand basin in bathroom had a long crack in it. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable and had great views being on the top floo
