Flea in the bed. And changed to other room. Too expensive for a okay hotel. No swimming pool. Staffs were nice. But asked the staff how to extend the room and the staff said I can come back tmr morning and tell them I want to extend then it will be done.

I love the Hotel Monterey Group and I'm actually staying in the Kyoto location right now. I will definitely gravitate towards continuing to use this hotel chain for my travels!

The hotel was cheap for London. I wouldn't recommend the food in the pub but the service was great everywhere. They allowed us to check in early which was fantastic with a young baby. Location is good but not a lot around food wise. Tube is very close
