I have been staying here every Monday for the last few months as I'm a student and have placement in Cardiff every Tuesday. I can honestly say all staff are great and welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always clean!

The Miyako is wonderful with young children. The rooms are very large, very clean, and have enough space to even play. The kids room is nice, too. The garden and paths are a nice, safe, lovely, and easy excursion. The staff is exceptional in English and J

Unless you're going to spend your time at universal studios, else it's not worth staying here because going elsewhere is not that convenient and more expensive.

Room is big and very comfortable.

Location is good as it is near the shopping area and many restaurants around. Very friendly reception. Not recommended to include breakfast.
