Lovely pools and hot pools. Helpful Staff. Comfortable and Character filled Enviroment

Location is great but the staff was rude. Hotel sunroute ariake has comparable prices but outstanding service! Just a block away. Hotel sunroute was much cleaner!!

There was a kitchenette,washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Hotel was generous-many packets of tea and coffee. From Queen Street we had to walk up a slope to reach the hotel.Location not so good but we will stay there again the next time we go

Location to airport, shuttle van, comfy room.
