less than 10 minutes walk to Tamachi Station for JR Yamanote Line, which took us to main tourist areas. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room is clean. I will stay here if I come back to Tokyo.

Restaurant breakfast, toilet&shower room in room, kind staff

very disappointing - the room was v. shabby, not clean, there were hardly any lights/power points, the bathroom was in poor condition and shower barely worked, there were some issues with the hair dryer - which made it quite unsafe. I would not recommend

The staff was very polite and helpful. Very caring and professional. The room was clean and my experience was great. I always stay with them now when I travel.
