Very good location for shopping, subway station is just beside the hotel.. Hyundai departmental store is just opposite.. all are excellent.. just tat the rooms are a little old.. and cleanliness not very good

Location is in Kyoto Station, so it's really easy to access to train or bus services... There are a lot of restaurant below the station which is easy to find. The room is big and clean, definitely will come back again when visiting Kyoto

Big queues at the reception, paid Internet didn't work.

Near hyde Park and Tube Station. Rooms very small sometimes it was not possible to open the suitcase in the room. Daily cleaned but not the corners. The bathroom vera small. Breakfast toast and jam.
