Staff is really helpful and kind. Room is clean and standard. Kid club is nice if you have young children

very good looking building and nice staff perfect location the rooms are fine but looks a bit outdated comparing to its lobby and corridor

Had booked and paid for twin room for three nights. When attiving was given tripple room in basement and relocated the second night to the booked room. No free Internet. Clean. Decent value

Not the place to stay if you do not have a car to your disposal. Only advantage is that it is close to Heathrow and on highway M4. If London is what one wants to explore, this is not an ideal option. Good working breakfast. They did not have the London ma
