Staff, food, location

When arriving to the hotel the room number was not very clear at all so ended wondering around looking where to go. As we were never told The big rainfall shower head had less that half working. The bathroom had obvious dust along the skirting board. The

First the good: the location and price were great!!! The staff were very nice, helpful and genuine. The room had everything I wanted/needed (okay bed, free Wi-Fi, night stand, desk, private bathroom, extra power outlets, rotating fan). It didn't have

Chose this hotel because it has Airport bus at hotel , Toyota car rental return near hotel and near Sapporo Station. With heavy luggages we decided to use airport bus to New Chitose Airport though it takes one half hour . Stayed for a night after Furano/A
