Location was great. Service was 50/50. The female reception told us that the taxi does not drive up to the hotel as they do not have an entry there. We had to grab a taxi from the street which was horrible as I think the taxi drivers does not like Chinese
Even for someone used to Japanese business hotels, I felt like the room I got was very cramped. It had no view, and was located directly across from the elevators, which made it very noisy. The washlet feature on the Japanese bidet/toilet was broken, so i
