Room comfort and size. quiet location

We stayed briefly while visiting Napier for our daughter's wedding. Clinton the owner was very friendly and helpful. The place was all we needed. Such a wonderfully comfortable bed too!

The room was old and doesn't feel clean. The bathroom smell of drainage. The location is very good, near to metro and close to the river but slightly unsafe at night. Overall it was OK, if they renovate the rooms, it would had been better

The location of the hotel is just 3 mins walk from Shin-Osaka Station (Exit 7). Generally a decent and clean hotel but the staff do not speak much English. So be prepared to do your research thoroughly because there is not much they can help you with.

Getting comfortable The facilities around the hotel at all. Cleanliness of the hotel and the room perfectly. Good service .... This is that you get when you stay here.

Quite far away from station, not much room service, but comparably cheap. Okay for short stay
