I have stayed here on three previous occasions in a new room and booked again for one of these types. This time I was in an old room that was well below standard in my view.

All staff were very friendly and helpful, room is very clean and beautiful, place is around 5 mins walk to metro

quite nice to stay with family. I stayed the hotel with two kids. My two kids was satisfied in term of service and location.

A good place to stay and rest after a long day walking and touring the London city. Near to Paddington train station and easy access to Heathrow airport and close to HOHO bus station.

Good location for tourists, about 20 minutes walk to the castle & 5 minutes to nearest Tesco for groceries. Room slightly too small for couple with 2 large & 1 small luggage.
