Hotel was nice.hotel staff very helpful,spoke english.The room furniture including bed,desk,television stand,desk and chair were old.the bathroom was in good condition.This hotel was not cheap.stayed at apa shinjuku tower,small but nice.
The room was run-down, dirty and incredibly hot ... with no means to cool it down.
Even the staff admitted to being aware of the tropical temperature.
Sleeping in sauna-like conditions was impossible!

Linen was very old, Pillows where uncomfortable. Location was great but that was it. Could hear people in room above and either side of my room talking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
